GamifyGolf does not collect any personal data or personally identifiable information. When playing in a multi-group game golfer names, course being played, game type, game settings, and scores will be uploaded to a server and shared with others joining the game. This data is encrypted in transit and deleted from the server at regular intervals.
This application includes an optional feature to share user entered golf courses with other users. Sharing these courses is controlled by the user and the user assumes all risk for accessing courses shared by other users. Once a coures is uploaded to the server the user forfits all rights to the data. Courses that have been uploaded will be periodically deleted and may be added to the master course list.
GamifyGolf uses Google Analytics and Google Firebase Crashlytics to improve the application. Developer data collected includes which application features are used, which games are played, and stack traces but does not include any personally identifiable data.

GamifyGolf utilizes AdMob to serve advertisements within the app to fund development. AdMob collects your device's advertising identifiers (such as Apples's IDFA or Google's Advertising ID), technical device profiles, and ad interaction logs to serve relevant ads measure ad performance, and prevent fraudulent activity. GamifyGolf utilizes Google Firebase to monitor app performance, track crashes, and analyze user engagement. Google Analytics automatically collects device metadata, app instance identifiers, and coarse location data derived from masked IP addresses. This data helps GamifyGolf optimize app functionality. GamifyGolf uses RevenueCat to process, verify, and manage in-app subscriptions and purchases. RevenueCat process anonymous purchase history and subscription status linked to a randomized App User ID.
